Jason C. Coleman, CPA, Partner

Jason has over thirty one years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in taxation and accounting for small businesses and their owners, trusts and estates, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech and his masters degree in taxation from Georgia State. He is married with five children. In his spare time he enjoys traveling with his wife and playing tennis competitively.

Lynn B. Tyberghein, CPA, Partner

Lynn has over thirty years of experience guiding business and personal clients through accounting and tax issues. She specializes in tax preparation for all entity types as well as providing accounting and bookkeeping services including payroll and sales tax returns. Lynn is a 1980 graduate of Mississippi State University with a BPA in Accounting. She is married with two children and a grandchild. In her spare time she enjoys spending as much time with her grandchild as possible.

R. Nick Chafin, CPA/CFE, Partner

Nick has over forty years of experience guiding clients through accounting and tax issues. He specializes in accounting and auditing matters for individuals, small business and not-for-profit organizations. As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) he performs services in fraud examinations and litigation support. Nick is a 1979 graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Accounting. He is married with three children and two grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and volunteering with his church and mission trips.

Sean M. Basile, EA, Partner

Sean has over nine years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in taxation and accounting for small businesses and their owners, trusts and estates, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations. He received his BBA in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. Prior to his career in public accounting he served as an infantryman in The United States Marine Corps for eight years, where he deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq. He is married and has four children. In his spare time he enjoys coaching and volunteering with his children's sports and schools.

W. Clint Gregory, III, CPA, Partner

Clint has over ten years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in taxation and accounting for small businesses and their owners, trusts and estates, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his masters degree from Georgia Southern University. He is married with two children. In his spare time he enjoys camping and fishing with his family.
